Terms and Conditions

Alpine Holidays Pvt Ltd is a local company based in Kathmandu which has established in the year 2008 as per the law of Government of Nepal with license number, 53326/064/065. We operate Tours, Treks, Peak Climbing, Jeep Tours, Jungle Safari, Special Interest trips and other adventure activities mainly in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet. Our motto is always to facilitate our clients with right information, make best arrangements and logistics while ensuring the safety of our clients and our own crew members. We do not subcontract our services and ensure the most authentic local experiences.  

We kindly request our clients and partners to consider the followings:
 

  1. Our Office is located in Kathmandu-5, Bhatbhateni, Nepal.
  2. We do not have any branch office but we work as local partner on behalf of our travel partners around the world.
  3. All the services will be provided as per the written confirmation and consent as finalized in the itinerary at the time of booking.
  4. Scan passport copy is must with 6 months of validity from the time of arrival.
  5. We need scan valid passport copy and scan passport size photo at the time of bookings. 
  6. We might use photographs of your trip for only marketing and publicity propose after getting your written consent.
  7. Our clients are obliged to follow the rules of respective country, city and respect the local people and culture.
  8. We do not take any responsibility of illegal activities of our clients by the law of respective country. 
  9. We keep the full right to change our ‘Terms and Conditions’ and immediately come into effect from the day of we update in our ‘Terms and Conditions’ Section.

Advance Payment:

  1. We request our clients and partners to send money on our Official Bank Accounts except specified any situation.
  2. Online Payment via our Website is subject to 4% Extra Bank Charges. 
  3. All the Wire/Bank Transfer charges must be bear by the senders.
  4. There will be Extra 4% Bank Charges for  any kind of Card Payment (Visa, Master and American Express).
  5. 20% Advance of total trip amount is required to confirm the trip which is Non Refundable and rest of the full amount should be paid at least before 90 days of travel. If your trip is within 90 days, you should pay the total amount to confirm the trip. If there shall be any exception, we will send you the written condition for any specified case other than mentioned.  

Cancellation and Refund:

  1. Before 90 days of travel date, 20% advance payment made is non refundable and applies as Cancellation Charge.
  2. There will be 50% Cancellations Charge of total trip cost for cancellations made before 60 days of the trip date. 
  3. There will be full Cancellation Charge of total trip cost for cancellations made within 60 days of trip date. Full Trip Cost will be charged as Cancellation Charge. 

      Note: If there is any special case, we will notify you at the time of booking.
 
Unused Services:

  1. There won’t be any refund for any kind of unused services once the trip starts.

Risks and Liabilities:

  1. Alpine Holidays Pvt. Ltd is not responsible for any cost may arise of change in  Government policies, natural calamities, fuel price hike, road blockade, flight cancellation or delay, floods, political situation, sickness, avalanches and other factors which are beyond of our control. 

Our Commitments:

  1. We ensure our best of the best personalized services and take care of our clients by priority.
  2. Our Crew Members are fully Insured (Insurance) for trekking, peak climbing, mountaineering and other Adventure Activities. 
  3. If there will be any special case, we will notify our clients at the time of booking.
